What are your age limits?
We certainly want to give an exciting experience to everyone, but in the interests of children's safety there is a limit for under-12s. Players under 12 must be accompanied by an adult in each of the chosen rooms. Also, for Horror games with live actors, players under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can we just show up?
You can always show up but we strongly recommend that you make a booking in advance. Remember that there is absolutely no guarantee that the room you want will be available.
I'm like 15 years old, can i play?
Sure you can!
How will you know if i try to cheat by using my own lighting or cellular device?
What a great question! We have installed cameras inside the rooms and have you under surveillance for safety reasons. If we see you violating this rule, your entire group will be asked to leave the room immediately. You will not be issues a refund.
I made a reservation but i can't make it , what do i do?
We understand that things can come up. If you can't make a reservation, please notify us 3 business days prior to the date of the reservation.
I have a health condition, is it safe for me to play?
It really depends... some health conditions may pose considerable safety risks. If you have a pace-maker, severe heart condition, epilepsy, claustrophobia, are growing a baby, or have a physical disability which makes standing, crawling, or climbing difficult we may politely ask you to not participate. Remember our staff reserves the right to refuse anyone for any reason.
What if i get scared or have an emergency and need to leave?
The door you enter acts as both an entrance and an emergency exit. You can leave the mission at any time for any reason. Our trained operators will assist you.
It's so dark in here, can i use my lighter or cellphone to see?
Absolutely not! You may not bring in any digital devices or flammable substances. This is for both your safety and also because the lighting can be part of the puzzles. We also don't want you taking picture while inside the room. If we want, you to have light we will give it to you; You will find a flashlight or a light switch.

How many people can play?
The rooms are designed to be played with larger group sizes. We recommend a group of 2-6 for ideal play.
What is the best outfit for the game? Can I come in kandura or abaya?
Sure you can! There is no restriction on clothing and certainly no dress code. Feel free to play our rooms in any cloth that is comfortable for you.
