Refund & Cancellation policy

REFUND POLICY

1. Customers may cancel their booking or requested services within 24 hours of purchase.
2. Once the cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method used by the customer.
3. Please allow up to 45 days for the refund to be completed and reflected in the customer’s account, depending on the payment provider and bank processing times.
4. A booking is considered confirmed once the payment has been successfully completed.
5. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or failure to attend the scheduled booking after the cancellation period has expired.

CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Customers may cancel their order or requested services within 24 hours of purchase.
2. Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer.
3. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled reservation time to allow sufficient time for traffic and parking.
4. Since the booking reserves the room for a fixed time slot, late arrivals may result in reduced game time.
5. If part of the group arrives on time, the experience may start without late participants.
