By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.
HORROR HOUSE BY NOWAYOUT RECREATIONAL PLAYGROUND LLC reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon being posted on the Site.

1. SITE OPERATION & JURISDICTION

The United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile. This Site is operated and controlled from the UAE.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.

2. ELIGIBILITY

By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
Minors under the age of 18 are not permitted to register, transact, or use the Site.

3. PRICING & CURRENCY

All prices displayed on the Site are shown in the selected currency.
The same price and currency will be charged to the customer’s card and reflected on the transaction receipt.

4. PAYMENTS

The Site accepts payments via Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards.
All online payments are processed through authorized payment service providers. By completing a transaction, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the respective payment service provider.
All refunds, if applicable, will be made back to the original payment method used by the customer.

5. PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

Once the payment is successfully completed, a booking and payment confirmation will be sent to the customer via email within 5 to 20 minutes.

6. CANCELLATION & REFUND

Customers may cancel their booking or requested services within 24 hours of purchase.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used by the customer. Please allow up to 45 days for the refund to be completed, depending on bank and payment provider processing times.
A booking is considered confirmed once the payment has been successfully completed.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows or failure to attend the scheduled booking after the cancellation period has expired.

8. SANCTIONED COUNTRIES

The Site does not provide services to individuals or entities subject to international sanctions or restrictions.

You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
If you create an account on the Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities carried out under your account.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
